I got started in the field of helping when I was in high school. People talked to me about their problems, and I liked listening.I have become the woman in the grocery store or restaurant that a stranger confides in about their pending divorces, self-esteem issues and fears. It’s as if I have a beacon calling those who need to be heard and understood.

I’m not here to tell you what you’re feeling or what you need to do. I’m here to fill your toolbox and show you how to unfold yourself.I’ve dealt with trauma in my life: adoption, divorce, infertility, living with an alcoholic.

I’ve been in the darkness, I know the way out, and I have a lantern.
