Hi. I’m LEZLEE WILLIAMS,
YOUR COACH to a better life.
Altering old habits can be difficult and challenging.
Let go of limiting beliefs so that you can live a better life.
I bring enthusiasm and creativity to change while respecting that altering old habits can be difficult and challenging. I believe that one’s greatest life can be attained with support, individual motivation, and a program that best fits the individual’s interest. I recognize that your present is what enables the future. Your investment into a better life now will result both in short-term and long-term benefits.
I understand that change is hard. Working together you can learn and grow in a safe and nurturing space.
“You are a very caring person and easy to talk to. Glad I met you. You are someone I feel like I can reach out to for help and information.”
BEV A. – LINCOLN
“The first time I met you I was inspired to be a better me..I asked a question and I felt validated and not just another face in a crowd. At that moment I wanted to hear more..learn more..experience more.”
FRAN M. – LINCOLN
“When I first made the decision to join WW, Lezlee was the coach of that first meeting. She is one of the reasons I continued to go to WW. When I found out I was pregnant, she was one of the first people I told and she was a huge support for me even when I was not able to attend meetings. When I was able to return, she welcomed me back with wide-open arms. She has always been there for me in every aspect of my journey in any capacity I have needed. I know I can go to her with any personal issue or concern and she will listen or help in any way she can!”

Lezlee is a lover, a giver, and a doer with a wide open heart. She cares deeply for humans and, as an empath, relates to feeling deeply and how that energy effects us in our physical energy, moods, sleep patterns, and relationships.
Personally, Lezlee is an explorer, wanderer and life-long learner. She loves a long road trip and grounds herself in any water she can find – oceans, rivers, lakes and bathtubs. She’s a perpetual believer in the good even having seen the bad and the very bad. A day without growth is a day wasted.
